- Own project plans and keep delivery on schedule
- Coordinate between clients, engineers, and management
- Track the details that decide whether a project ships

- Organised and proactive

- Comfortable owning timelines
Qualifications — nice to have
- 1–3 years in a delivery, coordination, or PE role
